arcgrips ships all summer women’s clothing orders within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses) from our U.S.-based warehouse. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping options, costs, delivery times, and other important details to help you understand the delivery process for your summer clothing, including compliance with U.S. shipping regulations and considerations for lightweight, delicate summer fabrics.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time, as international shipping may cause delays, damage to delicate summer clothing (e.g., linen, sheer fabrics), and compliance issues with foreign laws. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future, and we will notify customers via our Site and email if this changes.

Notes: Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time (1-2 business days). Free standard shipping is applied automatically to eligible summer clothing orders (merchandise total of $50 or more after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping costs, and gift card purchases). Shipping costs may be taxed in certain states, as required by law. For orders shipping to U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, additional customs processing time may apply, and we are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or delays. We recommend placing summer clothing orders at least 10-14 days in advance (or using Summer Rush Shipping during peak season) to account for any potential delays, especially if you need the item for a specific summer event.

3. Order Processing Time

All summer clothing orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed the next business day. During peak summer season (May to August), processing time may be extended to 3-4 business days due to high order volume, and we will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in processing your order. We prioritize processing orders for in-stock summer clothing items to ensure timely delivery, and we will notify you immediately if an item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder (common for popular summer styles like sundresses and swimwear). For custom or personalized summer clothing items, processing time may be 5-7 business days, as these items are made to order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your summer clothing order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) where you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our Site and navigating to the “Order History” section. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order (to account for processing time), please contact us at arcgrips@outlook.com. For APO/FPO and territory orders, tracking updates may be limited due to military or international shipping restrictions, but we will provide the best tracking information available. For delicate summer items, we also include a note to the carrier to handle the package with care.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes using Express, Rush, or Summer Rush shipping; only Standard shipping is available for PO boxes. This is because most carriers do not offer expedited delivery to PO boxes.
  • Certain remote areas (e.g., rural Alaska, remote Hawaiian islands, some U.S. territories) may have longer delivery times, and we reserve the right to adjust shipping options for these locations to ensure timely delivery of your summer clothing.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues (e.g., weather, logistics, customs delays), incorrect shipping addresses, or incomplete address information. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid delays, especially for summer clothing needed for a specific event (e.g., a beach vacation). If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
  • Many of our summer clothing items are made from delicate, lightweight fabrics (e.g., linen, sheer cotton, chiffon), so we package them carefully with protective materials (e.g., tissue paper, garment bags) to prevent wrinkles, tears, or damage during shipping. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by rough handling by the carrier. If your summer clothing order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund (see Section 6 below).

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your summer clothing order is damaged during shipping or is lost in transit, please contact us at arcgrips@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of the damaged package and item (if applicable) — especially important for delicate summer fabrics that may tear easily. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange for a replacement item or full refund, at no cost to you. For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package; if it cannot be located within 7-10 business days, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. During peak summer season, we prioritize resolving lost or damaged shipment issues to ensure you receive your summer clothing on time for your planned events. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value summer clothing orders (e.g., premium swimwear, designer-inspired sundresses) to provide additional protection against loss or damage.

7. Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence or meet economic nexus requirements. Sales tax is calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws. If you return a summer clothing item, we will refund the sales tax paid for that item, but not the sales tax paid on shipping costs (if applicable). For orders shipping to U.S. territories, additional local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
